Thank you to everyone that came out to vote this past Thursday for the budget referendum.

The basketball court at Mills Pond is now open.  The remaining tennis courts are receiving their final “touch ups” and will be opening soon.

The paving of Maple/Dowd Ave has been delayed for a year.  State DOT will be in town sometime between May 28-30th to “level up” the catch basins and remove the orange safety barrels.

Planning is underway for a trifecta year in 2026.  America is celebrating it’s 250th year signing of the Declaration of Independence, Canton is celebrating it’s 220th Birthday while the Collins Company is celebrating it’s 200th anniversary. Meeting are held the first Monday of the month at 6:30 pm in the library program room.
First Selectman, Kevin Witkos
